1.Top thread break |

5.The space between the shuttle and shuttle knife is not large enough.
6.The position of shuttle is too close to the front side.
7.Before the thread is completely finished the shuttle enters the thread-hole of needle.(Wrong Time setting)
8.The material feeding time is not right. (Check the worm-screw is tight or not).
9.The needle position is too high or wrong set. |
2.Bottom thread break |
1.The winding of the bottom thread is irregular.
2.Poor quality thread
3.Thread is pulled too tight.
4.Wrong thread guiding in shuttle.
5.Shuttle with cracks
6.The stroke of thread-feeding is too large. |
3.Thread jumping |
1.The position of shuttle is too forward.
2.The position of shuttle is too backward.
3.The needle-hole is not complete, and the shuttle enters the thread-hole.
4.The space between the shuttle and shuttle knife is too large.
5.The position of the needle is too high.
